Immigration Judge Says Quota on Non-LPR Cancellation Used
An Immigration Judge in Dallas, Texas stated today that the quota for Cancellation of Removal for Non Lawful Permanent Residents has been reached. Therefore, even if the case is tried before the Court, no decision will be made until the new quota is available on October 1, 2012.
